Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
1. Overview
Texturize (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at this domain. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
2. Data We Collect
We do not collect personal data directly. We do not require user accounts, email addresses, or any form of registration. You can browse and download textures without providing any personal information.
However, third-party services we use may automatically collect certain data, as described below.
3. Cookies and Tracking
First-party cookies: We use a single cookie to remember your cookie consent preference. This cookie is strictly necessary and does not track you.
Third-party cookies: Google services on this site (AdSense, Analytics) set cookies for advertising and analytics purposes. Cloudflare Web Analytics, also active on the site, does not use cookies. Each service is described in detail in the sections below. Google's use of cookies is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings or aboutads.info. To decline non-essential cookies on this site specifically, use the “Decline” option on the cookie consent banner shown on your first visit. You can also install browser extensions that block analytics scripts (uBlock Origin, Ghostery, etc.).
4. Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our site. AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to collect data about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide relevant advertisements. This data may include your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not have access to or control over the cookies used by Google AdSense.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JN5H6EFH0C) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are popular, how long people spend on the site, what countries visitors come from, and which referrers send the most traffic. We do not link this data to any identifiable individual; we do not have a user database to link it to.
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_<ID>) and may collect your IP address (anonymised by Google before storage), device type, browser type, and the pages you visit on this site. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by enabling Do Not Track or similar privacy controls in your browser, or by using a content blocker that intercepts third-party analytics scripts.
6. Cloudflare (Hosting and Web Analytics)
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may collect server logs that include your IP address, browser user agent, and request timestamps for security and performance purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics product that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track users across websites. It records aggregate page-view counts and basic performance metrics only.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Right to access — request a copy of any data we hold about you
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
- Right to opt out — opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ad Settings
- Right to complain — lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
Since we do not collect personal data directly, most of these rights relate to data collected by third-party services (Google, Cloudflare).
8. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
